Option I:

• Option I is chosen by most practices due to its ease and immediate results.
• Superbills are faxed to us on our toll-free line.
• Our staff reviews them for coding accuracy.
• Our staff enters all data into our system.
• Our system checks all data for accuracy.
• Our system electronically submits all claims:
• Claims are again checked for coding accuracy.
• Patient eligibility is confirmed.
• Insurance carrier acceptance of a claim is confirmed.
• Practice receives payment from insurers:
• Practice deposits all checks.
• Practice sends copies of EOB to us for posting.
• After posting is done, patients are billed for balances.
• Practice receives reports of all activity for each provider:
• Reports sent at frequency chosen by practice.
• Monthly summary sent regardless of other reports.
• Custom reports available at no added cost.
• Cost for Option I is 4% of net posted monthly payments.
• Flat fee of 4% includes all reports, materials, postage, phone, services.
• No set-up fee!

Option II:

• Includes all Option I services plus the following:
• Practice gains access to our system server at all times.
• Nominal licensing fees pre-set by software manufacturer.
• Practice gains use of Office Hours Pro for all patient scheduling, data entry, access to patient balances for "at window" collections, CPT and ICD databases, insurance database, and all other features for practice and patient management
