Why make matters confusing? No nickel and diming you. No surprises. No hidden costs. Just a simple, flat fee. While our fees vary based and are negotiated by each client, we guarantee that our rates are 10% to 55% LOWER than any other medical billing service in the market.

That includes toll-free fax and phone lines, claim transmission, posting of payments, patient statements, reports, credentialing services, contracting, practice set-up. Soup to nuts.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO SET-UP FEES!!!
The only things not included are optional products and services unrelated to our services that you may need to set-up or use in daily practice operations. These are provided to you by one of our vendors, and include items like software, EMR systems, e-prescribing software, any needed hardware, etc. For these, we refer you directly to our outside vendor. You negotiate with them, and they provide and warranty their products and services. There are no commissions or fees paid to us by either you or the vendor. Unless you're a new practice starting from scratch, RARELY will you need outside services or products.
For an established practice, you need nothing more than a telephone line to work with us for the entire life of your contract.
