Our Medical Billing Services are based on a single monthly percentage of actual collections, and is 60% less than our closest competitors or than operating an in-house medical billing staff. Unlike our competition, our fees are all-inclusive! There are no hidden fees and everything from toll-free phone and fax lines, primary, secondary and tertiary claim submission (electronically [or by paper if needed]), patient statements, postage, to standard and custom reporting, etc., are included in the small percentage we charge. If you select our Type I Services, there are no set-up, software, or hardware fees incurred. If you select our Type II Linked Service, there is a small, one-time, licensing and software fee, but dependent upon your Practice's needs, this fee is typically very low. Either way, you know your costs in advance, and we guarantee our monthly fee schedule for up to 3 years!
Our Practice Management Services are fee-based and negotiated in advance. Naturally, the fee is based upon the specific level of service that you need, whether it is simple front-end training, credentialing only, a full practice set-up, or whatever service is needed to obtain the goals that you set.
